
You can do this by completing one of the following forms on this website and your issue will automatically be forwarded to the relevent department. You will receive a reference number by email from the municipality.
You then wait approximately 10 days and if the problem is not resolved, then use the issue follow-up form to inform the councillor of the problem, lack of response and your contact details.
To request a follow-up by the councillor you will need to be logged in, if you are receiving the councillors montyhly newsletter you already have a profile on the site and your login ID and password is your email address, you can login here [login].
