You can do this by completing one of the following forms on this website and your issue will automatically be forwarded to the relevent department. You will receive a reference number by email from the municipality.

You then wait approximately 10 days and if the problem is not resolved, inform the councillor by email of the problem, lack of response, reference numbers and your contact details.
