HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE IN WARD 10

You can do this by completing one of the following forms on this website and your issue will automatically be forwarded to the relevent department. You will receive a reference number by email from the municipality.

  • eServices - For reporting all issues EXCEPT electricity and street light problems.
  • Custocare - For reporting electricity and street light problems ONLY.

 

You then wait approximately 10 days and if the problem is not resolved, then use the issue follow-up form to inform the councillor of the problem, lack of response and your contact details.

To request a follow-up by the councillor you will need to be logged in, if you are receiving the councillors montyhly newsletter you already have a profile on the site and your login ID and password is your email address, you can login here [login].
