Obviously there is an accumulation of water in the hill itself, and this then finds its way underground and comes to surface at the back of my property.I cannot stop this water, and when it rains hard, like it did on Monday night, this looks like a flood in my garden. As I write to you now, there is still water pouring into my garden. |
